Mike for Model Number w10749397 a My four year old refrigerator stopped making ice. We called a repair company and the tech said that the motor was shot. They never came back or called because they never got the part. Suddenly after about 8 weeks, it started making ice again. That lasted about 3 weeks and now it has stopped again. It actually makes a tray about every three or four days. Any idea what the issue is?
