Karl for Model Number KFIS20XVMS8 The front panel is not working it beeps if yon try to dispense water or ice the freezer and refrigerator are cooling fine. The display is dark and yesterday it would make a sound of something is trying to start up but then clicks and goes off. the light in the dispenser area still comes on not the water dispenser.
Answer Kari, You will want to test to see if there is 12 vdc getting to the display board and if there is but will not light up then this will be a dispenser control board issue.
