Arthur for Model Number GS6SHAXKS01 My ice maker stopped making ice. When I open the door to the freezer, I do not see any light emitting from the optical unit. There is no water in the unit. The water dispenser works fine so at least that solenoid is working. At first I thought it was the ice maker mechanism, but because I see no 'emitting' light from the optical control system on either side of the freezer, I am suspecting that this unit (emitter and receiver) is the problem. Yourt thoughts? Thank you
