Mike for Model Number gbd307prs00 Thank you for your answer to my 1st question. I did as you suggested and tried to run the clean cycle, but everytime I press start I get the F5 error code. I have checked over the latch locking assembly and the mother board for any evidence of power surge but found none. All the tests on the latch and micro switches passed The only abnormal test was on the latch motor which read 1870 ohms ( very close to the 2400 ohms shown as normal). After testing when I applied power the fan started up and I got error code E0 F5. I cleared that code and the time showed with LOC beside it and start? below it. I cleaed that and got the time as normal. I turned the upper oven on and it started heating for a few secondsthen showed the F5 code. After that anything I tried to turn on would show the F5 code whenever I pushed the start button. I am just not sure what to replace.
Answer Hello Mike. You will need to replace the door lock assembly and if the code continues, replace the board. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, April 16, 2014
