Answer Jack, with the power cord unplugged from the outlet, it would be recommended that the main control WPW10438750 is tested from the connection P24 pin 3 black wire to the main incoming L1 black wire for continuity. If it reads open, the internal thermal fuse has failed and the control would need to be replaced (unfortunately, the control has been discontinued by the manufacturer).
