Dan for Model Number Whirlpool GBD307PRS01 The control panel went blank when I push the controls it just beeps. I have turned the breaker off for hours to try to reset it but nothing. what should i do?
Answer Hello Dan, The first thing that you want to do is check the voltage between 2 blue wires for the transformerWP9760587. There should be between 12-24vdc. If there is not then you would want to change the transformer. If there is between 12-24vdc then you would want to replace control boardWPW10438750. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
