Brenda for Model Number Whirlpool GBD307PRS01 We believe we need to replace the control panel on our wall oven as it is not working and only interior light works. We took off the side panel and are unable to get off the main face plate. We removed all four screws on the bottom. What holds the main panel on? Do we pull up, or pull out?
Answer Hello Brenda, to remoce the control panel you will need to remove the side trim. When you open the oven door there will be a screw toward the bottom of the opening that you will have to remove. Remove screw on either side and remove trim by pulling on the bottom out approximately 2" and slide top down to free from control panel. Once removed you will remove the 1 screw on either side of control panel. Once out you wil pull control panel out from the botton, and lift and unkhook it from the oven cabinet support at the top.
