John for Model Number RBD245PDQ15 my oven has no power to the control panel, no clock display, but the oven lights come on and some of the control buttons make beeps when pushed such as the start button. I pulled the control panel out and there is an inline fuse with a connector on one end and a solid wire on the other going to a plug connector to terminal block P24. I found a similar type of fuse on your site, but the site says it is not compatible with my model and the recommended fuse doesn't look right. Can I use fuse 4456654? It certainly looks the same.
Answer John, There are two control thermal fuses WP4456654 and WP4451042 They are both rated and configured the same, except for the attachment terminals. If the WP4456654 matches your present fuse, then order and use it. You may also want to check for 12 to 20 VAC across the blue wires from the control power transformer to the P16 pis 2 and 3, this is the low voltage circuit to the display and relays in the control board if the problem persists Read More...
