David for Model Number MHWZ600TW01 A service technician identified part number W10525358 as the problem with the machine. I purchased one from appliancepartspros.com and replacing it did not solve the problem. I pressed pause/cancel twice as indicated in your video (the part did not come with instructions). The machine powers on, but after selecting a cycle and pressing start, the door locks, the selector knob light goes out and the remaining time indicator stays at the full time. The machine does nothing further.
Answer Hello David, I would check for poor electrical connections first. Then you should pull the tech sheet and follow the troubleshooting instructions on it. The tech sheet should be in a plastic bag adhered to the inside of the lower front kickpanel. It explains the diagnostic tests and even has the wiring diagram. Read More...
