Thomas, the LED control W10804160 would be used with the model number provided. However, as the freezer light runs in the same circuit as the top LEDs in the refrigerator, it sounds like there may be a shorted LED. This can be identified by using a jumper wire in place of an LED while the door switches are in the closed position (use a jumper wire in place of an LED and moving to each LED to identify which one has failed). Once the jumper is in place, let one of the door switches go to the open position to identify if the lights operate normally. If not, move the jumper to the next light while installing the previous one back in place. Normally, this would start with the freezer LED as it is the most likely to cause this failure.
