Edeltraud for Model Number KRMF706ESS00

My fridge had the door open chime and the door open LED illuminated even so no door was opened. So I unplugged the fridge in the hopes to reset it. Once plugged back in, itflashed PF and confirm. I pressed confirm. All lights inside are off, no water is dispensing, no ice is being made. Seems to still cool but not as cold (46F) as before. Control panel in the front lets me turn on the light on the dispenser and lock the screen but not much else. There are 3 control panels - which one do I need to replace: W10788814 or WPW10675033 or WPW10624574?

Answer

Edeltraud, Before we replace anything try turning cooling off and back on by pressing the LOCK and MEASURED FILL for three seconds to make sure it hasn't entered sabbath mode. We are emailing you a tech sheet wich shows how to enter diagnostics and run some test for the user interface board and turn on fan and lights, compressor etc. From what you described it could be the user interface board.
