Dan for Model Number mah3000aww Sometimes machine shuts off during cycle. Now the machine only runs 3 or 4 minutes before stopping, during this time it fills and empties ok but the motor won't wash or spin, even when I slowly turn the control knob the motor won't work. Drum and motor turn freely by hand.

If there is power to it, and it does not work, you will need to order and replace the motor kit in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
