Jennifer for Model Number MAH5500BWW We recently replaced the console on our washer and it worked fine for the past few weeks. Now it's unresponsive to any buttons being pushed and won't turn on. It's doing this with both the old and new console, so I don't think the new console is defective. Would our next step be to replace the control board? Thank you!
