Joe C for Model Number JDB1100AWS My dishwasher will fill normally and begin to drain 20 seconds after filling. It will sometimes run through a cycle correctly but other times it will not. After it drains I have manually filled it with water and it will run through the cycle normally with the manually filled water. The next cycle it will repeat the problem with filling then immediately draining unless I add water to it. I replaced the drain pump which did not fix the problem. I will say there has been a lot of film buildup on the inside mainly due to it not rinsing correctly for some time.
