Tricia for Model Number mdb8751AWS If I select any of the buttons on the top of the control panel, none of them light up. However, if I press the start button on the front, it will display 2H and run what appears to be a heavy wash cycle. I can also cancel from the front panel. Is this the control board or the panel?
Answer Hello Tricia, The first thing you would want to do is turn power off and access the control panel. Once you have control panel accessed you will want to check the ribbon cable to make sure that the contacts are not corroded or damaged.
