Tony for Model Number mod7851awb0 Dishwasher doesn't run when I press start button. When I press cycle button heavy, normal and light lites up as well as hi temp and heated dry but then shuts down after 20 - 0 seconds. Answer Tony, This issue would be either the control board WPW10218838 or the keypad W10197307 on the unit. You will want to remove the kickplate of the unit and on the backside there should be a tech sheet which will give you a test for the keypad in which if the keypad checks ok then the control board would be ok.
