Lawrence for Model Number GI5FVAXVL01 While filling a pitcher with water, the lockout automatically engaged. I tried holding down the lockout button and resetting the unit. Neither one worked. Where do I go from here?
Answer Lawrence, it sounds like the keypad could be shorted and unable to accept commands, in that case, you would need to replace the keypad or switch membrane, there are several colors available.
