Steve for Model Number gi5fsaxvy01 My ice dispensor was just putting out water, and the temperature setting on the refridgerator would raise but not lower. A technician replaced the overlay and key pad. The ice maker is now working but the temperature setting onthe unit still wont lower. Could you give me any of your thoughts?
Answer Hello Steve. The first thing I would do is unplug the unit for 10 minutes and see if this resets the microprocessor on the control to factory default.
