John for Model Number KUDS30IXBT4 i had no lights on the control board.i took apart the door twice checked the fuse twice its ok. while putting the door back together the lights come on.after getting back together on lights came on.is there any way to test to find out if its the control board or the panel
Answer John, Unfortunately the manufacturer does not have a keychart for the keypad. This issue would most likely be caused by a loose connection for the keypad or the ribbon harness has corrosion and needs to be cleaned.
