I do not have the black model - it is the cream model. what would that part number be? Is this something I can replace on my own? Hi, Jessica. For the bisque panel the p/n is AP6022365. You'll need a phillips and flat blade screwdrivers and some basic knowledge. Don't forget to unplug the dishwasher. Thank you.

Dusty, This issue will most likely be caused by a faulty control panel on the unit. The part number for the control panel will be WPW10500174.

Steve, The door liner is stainless steel, unless you can see cracks, distortions or rust in the areas around the screws, the liner wouldn't be the problem. That would leave the control panel WPW10500174 / WPW10500174. You'll want to remove power, then the six screws holding the panel to the door liner and check to see if the studs/standoffs are broken or cracked. Then recheck the installation and the tub and door alignment so there's no "drag" on the door when you open or close it. You didn't mention any problems with the door latching or unlatching, but you may want to check the door strike on the tub and the latch assembly while the control panel is down, to see if the latch may be distorted or loose and not mating with the strike.

John, Unfortunately the manufacturer does not have a keychart for the keypad. This issue would most likely be caused by a loose connection for the keypad or the ribbon harness has corrosion and needs to be cleaned. If this checks ok then then the board would be the likely issue.
