Jessica Porter May 26, 2020 for Model Number KUDS30IXBT7 Our buttons do not work properly...we push the normal, start button - it will sound like it's running then it stops. sometimes it doesn't even turn on. We have to have the door open, b/c otherwise it sounds like it's draining and will sound like it's running a cycle. Is this the board malfunction or what could this be?

Alan H May 10, 2017 for Model Number KUDS30IXSS4 Kitchen Aide dishwasher model KUDS30IXSS4 will not respond/start. "4-hour delay" and "Hi-temp scrub" lights stay lit but won't reset. Have tried depowering for 5 minutes but same after plugging back in. Is control panel bad or control board?
Steve March 05, 2017 for Model Number kuds30ixbt4 My Door panel and Control panel do not snap together properly anymore. Whenever I open or close the door, they pop apart. Which parts from the Control panel assembly or Door panel need to be replaced?? Thx Steve
1 Answer Steve, The door liner is stainless steel, unless you can see cracks, distortions or rust in the areas around the screws, the liner wouldn't be the problem. That would leave the control panel WPW10500174 / WPW10500174. You'll want to remove power, then the six screws holding the panel to the door liner and check to see if the studs/standoffs are broken or cracked. Then recheck the installation and the tub and door alignment so there's no "drag" on the door when you open or close it. You didn't mention any problems with the door latching or unlatching, but you may want to check the door strike on the tub and the latch assembly while the control panel is down, to see if the latch may be distorted or loose and not mating with the strike. John February 18, 2017 for Model Number KUDS30IXBT4 i had no lights on the control board.i took apart the door twice checked the fuse twice its ok. while putting the door back together the lights come on.after getting back together on lights came on.is there any way to test to find out if its the control board or the panel
1 Answer John, Unfortunately the manufacturer does not have a keychart for the keypad. This issue would most likely be caused by a loose connection for the keypad or the ribbon harness has corrosion and needs to be cleaned. If this checks ok then then the board would be the likely issue. Read More...
