Jessica Porter for Model Number KUDS30IXBT7 Our buttons do not work properly...we push the normal, start button - it will sound like it's running then it stops. sometimes it doesn't even turn on. We have to have the door open, b/c otherwise it sounds like it's draining and will sound like it's running a cycle. Is this the board malfunction or what could this be?
