Alain L for Model Number GU3200XTSQ1 My soap dispenser door open as soon I close the dishwasher door and that I can hear a click then I hear click again as it try to always open the dispenser door. I have the panel open and I can see the mechanism always trying to open the dispenser door as soon I close the dishwasher door. Would you have an idea of the problem. Everything else is working fine.
Answer Alain, You will want to check to see if the dispenser is getting power to the solenoid that opens the detergent dispenser. If it is getting power before it is supposed to then the issue would be a bad control board or wiring for the dispenser. If not then the dispenser is faulty and would need to be replaced.
