Frankieb for Model Number KGST307HBT9 i have a kitchenaid slide in oven model # kgst307hbt9..the control panel has been going out and then coming on sporadically..sometimes if I band on it , it will come back on but later on may go off again...it it the control panel or the microprocessor
Answer Frankieb, With the banging and the unit comes back on I would gain access and inspect the wiring between the power board and the display board. Also, press cancel, cancel, start and check for error codes. We will send you a tech sheet to read the codes if any are present. Definitely disconnect the harness between the boards and reconnect.
