Cheryl S. for Model Number KESC307HBL8 We recently purchased a control panel. Connected it to the control board. However,we can't get the ribbons on the right hand side to stay in to control the buttons. Some of them work but the ribbon cables won't stay in place - do they lock or something? They just fall out??
Answer Hello Cheryl. You will need to remove the ribbon cable and pull up on the plastic clip on the back of the control board WP9782455 and insert the ribbon cable.
