Carol for Model Number MAH550BWW why is the door having to be pushed hard to latch just started happening. If it is not latch it makes a noise and washing machine doesn't work until you push on top on door to make it latch
Answer Carol, Check to make sure that the door hinges are not loose or warped which would cause the door to sag. If the door is sagging this could create the issue.
