Ski for Model Number maytag quiet series 300 My dishwasher would not drain - I took the bottom assembly apart and found a red rubber gasket blocking the drain. I removed it, not knowing at the time it was part of drain pump AP4364233 . Dishwasher is running now. will it work without this gasket - it is pretty beat up? thanks
