Answer Hi Roger. This question is involved. Do you have good water pressure ? It is recommended to insure you have at least 120 degrees incoming by checking temperature at the sink. What kind of soap are you using? Remember, that all states no longer have phosphates included. So depending on your water hardness, you should consider using a water hardness test kit to evaluate the amount of additional soap needed per grains of water hardness you might have. Check all of your wash arms to see if the "jet holes " are plugged ( especially on the ends). Then if so you need to remove the arms and flush them out. Use a pick tool to dislodge particles that might be clogging your jets. Make sure your incoming water fill is filling to the bottom of your water heater.
