Samuel for Model Number KGRS807SBT01 My stovetop works and the oven and broiler will both ignite and stay on for between 10 and 20 seconds. I can hear a faint click and then moments later it shuts off the gas. I tested the gas valve solenoids and they were in range but I still suspected that was the problem so I replaced it. Didn't work. I then knew it must be the spark module...wrong again. Must be the main panel...nope. Every time I get the same thing. I tested the high limit thermostat (9759242) and it seems fine. I also just removed it and jumped the wires since its working position is on (assuming I'm correct). I still get twenty seconds or so then it shuts off. My wife is ready to kill me for being too persistent while I figure that the pie maker in my kitchen can't possibly contain enough parts to keep me from replacing them all. I can call a tech and probably should have in the first place but I can't stop now. Does this thing have a flame sensor or thermocoupler that would shut it down after 20 seconds? Thanks in advance for any help.
Answer Hello Samuel. It sounds as if the relay board WP9762774 may be failing in the unit and causing the issue you are having with the unit. Make sure the neutrals and grounds are good on the unit as well. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, November 7, 2013
