Tim When I turn on the stove, the top element heats up and the lower does not. Does this simply mean the lower element needs to be replaced? Thank you.
Answer Hello Tim. Test the element and see if it reads closed for continuity. If so, element is good. If not element is bad. If element is good, replace the control on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
