Answer Hello Philip. You can test across H1 orange/white wire and H2 orange wire with the switch on and see if you have 240 volts AC. If so, you will need to replace the element W10823696. If not, you will need to replace the switch WP4454541. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
