Lisa I have a ceramic cooktop stove in a rental property we just purchased and two burners do not work. One in front and one in back diagonally from each other. Is it possible for both burners to have broken? Or could it be an electrical issue? Thanks.
Answer Hello Lisa. It could be the burners, wiring, or the switches bad on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
