Mark for Model Number 629.46799895 the cook top takes forever to boil water on high. the element glows then shuts off. question 1 should the fan run when cooktop is on? it works for oven. 2 would replacing thermal limiters or thermostat keep burner on longer? when it gets warm it tends to overshoot temps when dial set to midrange. thank you
