Answer Hello Norm. If the element W10823704 and switch have been replaced, you will need to test and see where you are loosing power to the switch at. Look for a burnt or broke wire on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
