Wesley for Model Number JES9900BAS Just as the others stated, my right burner went out also. It was heating up and all of the sudden stopped. The light at the switch was indicating on, but no heat! Is the burner the problem?
Answer Hello Wesley. Test for power from the switch to the element. If it is not there, you will need to order and replace the switch on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
