Mary for Model Number WFE515SOEBO The inner (6 inch) part of my FlexHeat Dual radiant element stopped working. The light indicator comes on for it, but no heat. Do I need to replace the whole element? The outer part works, but without the inner part. Can you give me a part number? I do not have a schematic with part numbers. Thank you
