Answer Hello Kathleen. First remove the ice crusher bin. Then look at the bottom of the ice enclosure shelf to the right. There is one 1/4 inch hex head screw that holds it in place. Remove this screw and slide up and out and there is a wire harness that must be unplugged. Once the harness is unplugged, the ice enclosure shelf will come out. Replace in reverse order. Be aware, the screw must be reinstalled to keep the ice enclosure shelf in proper position for normal operatio0n. I hope you found this useful. Have a great day! Read More...
