Hello Kathleen. First remove the ice crusher bin. Then look at the bottom of the ice enclosure shelf to the right. There is one 1/4 inch hex head screw that holds it in place. Remove this screw and slide up and out and there is a wire harness that must be unplugged. Once the harness is unplugged, the ice enclosure shelf will come out. Replace in reverse order. Be aware, the screw must be reinstalled to keep the ice enclosure shelf in proper position for normal operatio0n. I hope you found this useful. Have a great day!

Hi Terry. Yes, you can remove the Ice bin. Then remove the 1/4" bolt under the lt. side. Then lift and pull the ice enclosure out 1/2 way and unhook the back electrical plug in. Then pull out the rest of the way. Then remove and replace the devices onto the new enclosure. When you hook the new one back up, pre-test the auger motor with the door switch held closed. Thank you.
