Answer Hi Karen. Yes this is a servicable part # WP3384593. You will need to rermove the power. Use a shop vac, towels and pick tools to remove any debris or broken parts. You need to remove the wash arms so you can invert them in the sink and use the pick tools to dislodge the debris. You will use a torx type screwdriver to remove the screws to access this part.
