Gpl2112 for Model Number kenmore 11021102012 how exactly do i access the filter for this model? can a clogged filter be the cause of this models following problem...I would really appreciate your expertise with. Kenmore top load automatic, mod. 110.21102012. Fairly new. still with warranty, but warranty is no good if debris is caught in it? Anyway it fills and agitates fine. lid is locked during agitation, you must pause it to unlock. after wash cycle the timer does not advance, it won't drain or spin (it will drain manually). there is nothing in the pump chamber and hoses are not blocked. If i manually set it to drain/spin it does nothing.there is no filter in the inner tub and i can't find a filter in the pump housing. So,do you have any suggestions. Answer Jerry, It doesn't sound like it's something you did or didn't do. It sounds like you may have a faulty drain pump WPW10276397 or control board W10480174 not supplying power to the pump to drain the tub, The tub has to drain, the water level switch WPW10268912 has to reset to empty, for the tub to spin. The Tech Data Sheet, should be attached to the inside of the front panel, you want to access it and conduct the automatic, manual test, and diagnostic code options, to determine where the isuue is.
