Sue for Model Number wrf736sdam11 I have a stuck Whirlpool water filter. It is located in the top right side of the fridge. The little door drops down allowing the filter to drop down also and be turned counter clockwise. It turns partially but then won't budge any further. We have tried all the suggestions. There is no shelf blocking the little door so it is opening completely. I've tried shutting off the water and then dispensing some to release the pressure but this fridge won't dispense any water when the shut off valve is closed. I am wondering if I could puncture the filter somehow, would this release the pressure enough to get it to turn (obviously I would shut off the water first). Or do you have some other suggestion?
