Jo for Model Number ED5FHEXNT00 cannot insert new water filter in refrigerator. have tried multiple times and will not go in. Refrigerator is 16 years old and water filter has been changed every 6 months and although it was difficult to insert new filter , it has always gone in. Not this time. Do not see anything blocking in the cartridge tube. Does the cylinder tube ever need replacing? The problem is not the filter--it seems to be the cylinder tube. ??????
