Paul, You do have the correct part number WP4456654 for a Kitchen Aid labeled wall oven. The fuses are rated and constructed of the same material, only the connectors are different. The WP4451042 fuse is for the Whirlpool labeled wall ovens, and is the one you need based on the model number you supplied. You also want to position the new fuse up as close to the grille panel so it is in the air flow from the cooling fan.
