Paul for Model Number GDB307PRB00 I want to replace the thermal fuse to my control board. Whirlpool does not list a replacement fuse for my model. I guess they expect you to replace the entire wire harness. Which fuse should I use? Thank you for your assistance.
Answer Paul, You do have the correct part number WP4456654 for a Kitchen Aid labeled wall oven. The fuses are rated and constructed of the same material, only the connectors are different. The WP4451042 fuse is for the Whirlpool labeled wall ovens, and is the one you need based on the model number you supplied. You also want to position the new fuse up as close to the grille panel so it is in the air flow from the cooling fan. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, May 11, 2015
