Gina for Model Number GBD307PDB1 Whirlpool gold series double oven shut down during the self cleaning process. I was advised to changed thermal fuse part# 4451042. I did and the oven control panel is back on but, the upper oven heating elements are not getting hot at all. What should I do next?
Answer Hello Gina, There is a thermal fuse WP9759243 for the upper bake compartment and another just like it for the lower bake compartment. The one for the upper bake compartment is most likely open. These are located on the back of the unit under the outer-most panel. Read More...
