Karen for Model Number KEBC247KBL02 We have a KitchenAid Superba double oven. After the self-clean mode, the oven door was locked and would not turn on. Got the door open, replaced the oven shutdown thermal fuse, but still not working. We tested the control panel thermal fuse and it is not working. I cannot figure out which part this would be for us to buy?
Answer Hello Karen, using a multimeter test for 120v at the control board terminals P19-1 black to P19-3 white, then 120v at P16-5 to P16-7, and lastly for 24vac at terminals P16-2 to P16-3.
