Deedee for Model Number GBD307PDS7 My upper wall oven would not shut off after manual cleaning, discovered lower heating element was damaged. Replaced heating element, now it shuts off, however lower element does not heat; it did before replacement, replaced thermal fuse on back of oven and temperature sensor, still no heat on bottom element, top one works. Tested element in lower oven and it is good. What next, is there a control panel fuse that could have been blown?
Answer DeeDee, with the power supply to the oven turned off, the wiring may need to be inspected for any loose connections or breaks. If the wiring tests good, then the most likely failure is that the relay in the main control 8302967 is not able to close. Unfortunately, the main control has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, February 24, 2020
