Bob for Model Number KEMS308S I have a kitchen aid that is giving me a Lost communications errF6-EO. And the micro wave will do nothing if I clear it out it goes away for a few minutes but it will do nothing the only thing I notice different is when you open the door the button on the right side does not push in like the left side? Again it is just a little safety button so when you close the door it will let you push start so right side is the one that seems like you can not push in not sure if you are not supposed to push this one in tho?
Answer Bob, Here's some information from the manufacturer, "Most "F6 E0" complaints have been due to loose connections and absence of L2 from the house power supply. "F6 E0" code can also result when L1 is not connected. 1. Verify 240 VAC to the units terminal block. 2. Verify that 120 VAC is present between P1 pin 1 and P1 pin 2 of the M/W Appliance Manager. The M/W Appliance Manager board is powered on L1 and will not "talk" to the display board if L1 isn't present at the board. An open fuse to the control or magnetron will also produce the "F6 E0" code. In addition, look for cracks in the M/W Appliance Manager Board, at the corners where the mounting screws pass through the board. If cracks are found, the board will need to be replaced. I think this will get you on the right track. Good Luck and Thanks. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, August 12, 2011
