Answer Hello Paul, Unplug the unit from the power supply. Use a paint scraper/putty knife to release the clips between the main front and the kick panel. Disconnect the two wires from the heating element that lead to it from the harness. Remove the screw that holds the front heater housing bracket in position and roll the heating element housing over to remove the screw holding the front bracket to the heater housing. Remove one more screw that holds the heating element in the housing. Grasp the heater and pull it from the housing. Reverse this process to install the new heating element. Read More...
