Matlin for Model Number 110.84821300 I have a Kenmore Elite HE3 110.84821300. I took a photo of the heating element before I took anything apart. The solid red wire was on the bottom. The red & white wire was on the top. All the tutorials say to wire it opposite. What do I do?
Answer Matlin, The red white wire will go between the hi limit thermostat and the element and the red wire will go to the thermal cutoff and there should be a jumper wire between.
