Luke for Model Number 665.15112k211 I replaced the heating element and the thermostat yet the heating element doesn’t seem to heat up at all. What else could it be?
Answer Hello Luke, This can be caused by the control board, the high limit thermostat, the heating element, or the wiring harness. As per the tech sheet, if you experience a no heat situation you should check the operation of the heater in the Service Diagnostics cycle, the unplug dishwasher or disconnect power and measure the resistance of the heater and all components and connections in Water Heating Circuit/Heat Dry Circuit. Since the heating element and thermostat have been replaced the issue will most likely be in the control board W10804111 but the wiring should be checked to avoid ordering an un-needed part.
