Ad November 09, 2023 for Model Number gu2500xtps3 how to reset this dishwasher. green light is blinking 7 times
1 Answer AD, The control is programmed to stop the current cycle and not allow any further cycles if it suspects a faulty heater (no temperature increase detected in heated intervals). Control blinks the Clean LED 7 times in a repetitive fashion and disables the Start/Resume key until cleared. Running Diagnostics clears the control and allows it to operate again. If the heating problem is not corrected though, the control will stop running again on the next cycle. Read More...
Brian December 14, 2021 for Model Number WDF320PADS3 I have replaced the heating element and tested thermostat for continuity. Also tested the new heating element for continuity and getting a reading of about 40ohms. Everything appears to be in working order but still no heat. How do I test for 120VAC to heater? What else can I test to troubleshoot? Thank you.
1 Answer Brian, Start with the two wires going to the element and check for 120vac when the heater should be on using a multimeter. If you have power to the heater and it is not heating then it would need to be replaced. If you don't have power then you would check the heater circuit and thermostat back to the board. Read More...

Hides Wires In Walls October 24, 2021 for Model Number WDT720PADM2 Some people have written about needing to do a "reset" on the controller after replacing the heating element. How do I find out if that applies to my machine, and -- if so -- how to do it?
1 Answer Hides Wires in Walls, the reset referenced in the test mode which can be done by quickly pressing sani rinse, heated dry, and hi-temp wash in sequence then repeat two more times. This will activate the test mode where it will operate automatically once the door is closed. Read More...
